HOW IT WORKS COMMERCIALLY

Simple terms. No surprises.

The Independence System runs for twelve months. It is a flat fee, billed quarterly, with a 90-day checkpoint at the end of each stage.

At the end of the first 90 days, we debrief the owner on everything completed, where dependency has reduced, and whether to continue. If we cannot demonstrate results in the first 90 days, there is a full refund. No lock-in.

We do not charge the broker anything. No referral fees, no finder fees, no revenue share. The owner pays Clarity Systems directly. Your commission stays yours.

The fee represents a small fraction of annual turnover for the businesses we work with. The valuation uplift from removing Owner Dependency typically returns the investment many times over at the point of sale.

WHO IS BEHIND THIS

Built by someone who has been inside the problem.

I have spent my career working directly inside owner-led businesses. Not observing from the outside. Living inside them.

I have worked on the banking side assessing credit risk, the advisory side helping business owners raise capital from private investors, and directly inside businesses alongside owners navigating what comes next. I watched the same pattern repeat across dozens of businesses. Different industries, different sizes, same problem. A capable owner builds something real, becomes central to how it all works, and eventually discovers they cannot step back without things slipping.

Nobody had a system built specifically to fix it. Not at this size, not in this way. So I built one.
